Upcoming Generation Leap In Shakti: Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki Postponed

Colors’ long running popular show Shakti was reported to take a huge generation leap soon. Having gained critical acclaim for its unique concept and performances, Shakti is one of the few shows on Television which deals with gender issues.

After Vivian Dsena’s exit, Rubina Dilaik’s character is also said to end with her death track. The promo with Soumya’s (Rubina Dilaik) death track is out and ardent fans of the show are mightily disappointed with it.

But, according to the latest buzz, we hear that the generation leap has now been postponed. According to media reports, the makers have taken the decision to postpone the leap due to good ratings coming in for the ongoing track. Even after Vivian’s exit, Soumya’s death track has attracted a lot of eyeballs and kept the show going on. Now, that the current track is getting good response, makers feel that the leap can be brought some time later.

A few days back, we also informed about two new actors being roped in for the show- Ayub Khan and Mamta Luthra. The makers have also put the hunt for new actors for the post leap story on hold.
