Kasautii Zindagii Kay starring Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes in the lead roles has been in the news ever since Ekta Kapoor’s first announcement. And, as the cast keeps getting bigger and better, the excitement only keeps increasing with it.
While we reported that verteran actor Kali Prasad Mukherjee will be playing Prerna’s father in the show, looks like the first choice of the makers continued to be none other than the original Mr. Sharma aka Deepak Qazir Kejriwal.
When contacted, the veteran confirmed the news and said, “Yes, I was offered the same role but I denied the offer because I felt I am too old to play the same character again.”
Old or not, we wouldn’t have minded seeing him in the same role, isn’t it?
